Want to get stronger, slimmer and more athletic? This is the solution. Working with heavier loads and fewer reps means more strength, without bulk. This program combines old-school methods and modern science to achieve better strength and conditioning. EQUIPMENT: Kettlebell, Body weight, Functional equipment. METHODS: Resistance Training. Punch – 150 MEP Target

A high intensity boxing conditioning session combined with total conditioning to increase fitness and muscular endurance. EQUIPMENT: Focus Mitts, Punch Bags, Gloves, Kick Pads, Functional Equipment. ABILITY: ALL.

Pilates – 75 MEP Target

An inspired full body training session that improves strength and flexibility. With a focus on core strength and working the body evenly and entirely. Pilates corrects muscle imbalances and improves posture, strength and flexibility. EQUIPMENT: Mat work, Toning Balls, Pilates Circles. ABILITY: ALL.
