Understanding your needs and goals
A weight loss program at Lifesport is designed to meet your requirements.
Current health status, time constraints and personal preference
are considered when designing your program. The member who wants
to loose weight for a family wedding will require a different
program to a member who one day wants to compete in marathons!
Support and Motivation
Initially your trainer will assess your needs, check your current
health and then at your pace show you how to complete your weight
loss program. Regular appointments will be scheduled to assess
your progress and keep you motivated. Our trainers have eagle
eyes, so if we haven't seen you for a while expect a courtesy
call!
Comfortable Atmosphere
Lifesport's friendly and relaxed atmosphere ensures that you will
always feel comfortable and welcome whilst exercising. As we are
a smaller club we can offer you the personalised service that
you require. Many members feel the club not only improves their
health and fitness but their social life also benefits. Bodybuilders
and gym junkies do not join Lifesport, we are a health club for
real people with real health and fitness needs!
Nutrition and Lifestyle Advice
Our trainers realise that weight loss often requires more than
just exercise. Dietary analysis and healthy eating advice can
all help enhance your weight loss program. At Lifesport we do
not endorse fad or crash diets, please speak to a trainer if you
require professional advice.
